Account email and name; the recipients you add to your list and the dates and preferences you configure for each; payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers); delivery confirmation photos and metadata returned by partner florists; standard server logs.

Why we collect it

To run the service: address cards, place florist orders, deliver photo confirmations to you, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Recipients (their addresses go to florists and postal carriers as needed for delivery); payment processors; transactional email and SMS providers. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You may export, correct, or delete your account data at any time. Pausing or cancelling stops future sends; we keep records of past sends for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law.
