The service

PostHaste is a subscription that arranges delivery of cards and floral gifts on your behalf to recipients you designate, at dates and price tiers you configure. Sends are executed automatically each year unless paused or cancelled.

Subscriptions and renewals

The annual subscription renews on its anniversary. Per-occasion tier prices renew with a default 10% escalator, adjustable from your account. You may pause or cancel at any time, effective for future sends.

Substitutions

Florists occasionally substitute stems based on local availability while maintaining the spirit of the arrangement. We send a photo before delivery so you can flag concerns.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any single failed send is limited to the price of that send. We are not responsible for misdelivery caused by incorrect addresses you provided, recipient absence, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be sent to you by email at least thirty days before they take effect.
